Rubies.com is no longer a directly shopable website and only functions as an informational hub. In order to make purchases you will need to create an account on our new wholesale platform, NuORDER. Below are the steps to get you started:
1. Contact your sales rep or reach out to customerservice@rubies.com
2. Once your information has been processed, you will receive
an email from hello@nuorder.com to finish setting up your account
3. Login and browse our amazing catalog of costumes,
accessories, décor & more!
HOW DO I TRACK PAST ORDERS NOW THAT THE SITE IS NO LONGER SHOPPABLE?
The removal of shop-ability on this site has no effect on past orders. All orders placed before January 3rd, 2024 are on track to be delivered with no issues. Please contact us at customerservice@rubies.com if your delivery has not been received within the proper dates.
How Can I Choose The Right Size For Me?

I'd like to purchase an item, how can I buy directly from Rubies?
All our physical store locations have been closed. We currently only sell wholesale but our products can also be found at the physical and online retailers noted on the Where to Buy Retail page.

Please note Rubies is a manufacturer. For your Amazon inquiry you will need to reach out to either Amazon directly or the seller showing on the "sold by" portion of your Amazon order. There should be an option within the order itself on Amazon to "Contact Seller".
